Stage fright can be frightening, and for Lily, it made her burst into tears! I was going to take her home, but her teacher insisted that I encourage her to participate to build her confidence.

Every week, Mr. Nguyen donates fresh bread and pastries to local homeless shelters. He also volunteers his time at a community center, where he mentors homeless teenagers and teaches them baking skills. As for hard-working individuals, he even lets them work in the bakery and pays them well.

Obviously, his help has made the lives of the homeless easier and provided job opportunities for underprivileged youth. On top of that, he inspires others to lend a helping hand as well.

Born into a poor family, he understands the struggles of not having a roof over your head or a full meal in days. He used to work in a bakery and with the help of a charity, opened his own.
